Wedding Favors
Frequently Asked Information

Shipping:

• We will use UPS, Parcel Post, or other available delivery service. 

• UPS does not deliver to Post Office Boxes. 

• Customer must select the appropriate shipping method.  Adjustments will be made to incorrect shipping methods selected.

• If you want special delivery or any special means of shipment please inform us. Additional charges may apply.

• Once the products or packages are with the delivery common carrier, VSE Associates has no control over common carrier delivery systems. VSE Associates will not be held responsible for circumstances beyond our control.

Delivery: 

Ground Delivery: 

• Allow up to three (3) business days (Monday through Friday, excludes Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays) to process your order from receipt of prepaid order.  The products are usually shipped the day after processing. However please allow a minimum of eight (8) working days up to twelve (12) working days for delivery from the date of shipment. Please visit our rates page for additional information.
• Continental United States: After processing, delivered 8-12 working days. 
• Outside Continental U.S. (Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories): After processing, delivered 8-12 working days.  
• International: After processing, delivered 8-12 working days. Additional import duties, taxes or fees collected by carrier upon delivery is customer's responsibility to pay. These are not included in the shipping charges. Please contact your customs office for additional fees.

Rush Delivery: 

• Allow up to three (3) business days to process your order from receipt of prepaid order.
• Proofs will not be sent and will be automatically waived by the customer when requesting rush delivery. 
• Please double check your spelling when submitting the order. 
• Please visit our rates page for additional information.
• Continental United States: After processing, delivered next day.
• Outside Continental U.S. (Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories): After processing, delivered 2nd day.
• International: Not available.

Hours:

Hours are Monday-Friday 10:00am -7:00pm Pacific Standard Time. Closed Saturday, Sunday, and on major Holidays. 

Catalogs:

Catalogs are available for a nominal fee which is for shipping and handling. To order a catalog, please click on the "Catalog" icon on the website or "Click Here."

Samples:

Samples are charged for handling and shipping. To select the available samples, please click on the "Samples" Category. You may also click on the Product list located on the top of the web page. The samples products are indicated with an "S" after the product number. Not all products are available as samples. To order a sample, select the product and add to the basket. When checking out, select the "samples" only for the shipping charge. The amount charged per sample is the shipping and handling charge. 

Payment:

All orders must be prepaid prior to processing. Credit card payments will be processed immediately and your card will be charged automatically.  The name VSE Associates will appear on your credit card statement.  

Proof:

If appropriate your proof imprint layout will be sent via email or faxed if number is provided. Proofs sent via email are in Adobe Format. The proofs are automatically waived and will not be sent to customers on rush orders. The customer must verify correct spelling when placing the order, especially on rush orders. VSE Associates will not be responsible for any errors, unless the error is caused by VSE Associates.

 Cancellation: (applies to returnable products only)

Orders are processed once the order is submitted. Please review your orders prior to submitting. Custom personalized orders cannot be canceled or changed once production starts. Orders can be canceled only if the order has not been processed. If the order is paid by credit card, a cancellation fee of $10.00 will apply.

 Return Policy:

Custom and personalized orders cannot be canceled, or changed once production has begun. Custom and personalized products are not refundable or returnable. Candy, Mints, Cookies, Coffee, Tea, Bubbles, Favor Makers, Cameras and Samples are not refundable or returnable. All Wholesale Bulk sales are not returnable.

Returnable items must be returned within 10 days from date of receiving the package. Returnable items must be in its original unopened container. Opened packages will not be refunded.  Date of delivery to customer is verifiable by shipping service. A return authorization number is required for all returns. Please email us to receive your return authorization number and instructions for the return of the product.

All Retail Sales returnable products are subject to a 20% re-stocking charge. Shipping/Handling charges are not refundable. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges and ensuring that product is returned in good condition.

Privacy:

VSE Associates is sensitive about our customer's privacy.  We do not gather and maintain any names, addresses, telephone numbers, or email addresses for purposes other than to conduct the immediate business that you have engaged in with us.  In addition we do not sell or give email addresses to any marketing agencies.  We also have a strict policy against bulk email or "spam" and will not send you bulk emails or "spams".
